We want you to get your hats fast and be happy! We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Because order volume can vary, orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience slight delays. Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing before shipment.
Shipping Cost
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
All domestic orders ship via UPS Ground. USPS Priority Mail is available for customers where UPS service is unavailable.
Transit Time
Most UPS Ground & USPS Priority Mail packages arrive 2–5 business days after leaving our warehouse.

• Soulbyrd is not responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our facility
• Weather, holidays, and carrier volume may impact delivery times

We currently ship anywhere within the United States.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Soulbyrd is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at info@soulbyrdla.com We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking shows a package as delivered, Soulbyrd is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact the carrier directly and then reach out to us — we’re happy to help where we can.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
