Return Policy

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Soulbyrd hats. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Please contact us at info@soulbyrdla.com within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
•    Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
•    Hats must be returned in the original shipping box to prevent damage
•    Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Items returned worn, damaged, or damaged in transit will be sent back to the customer.

Return Shipping
•    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
•    Original shipping charges are non-refundable
•    We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Soulbyrd is not responsible for lost return packages

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please allow:
•    3–5 business days for processing after we receive the item
•    Additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund

Final Sale Items
Sale merchandise is final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Every hat is inspected carefully before leaving our warehouse. In the event your hat is damaged upon receipt please contact us at info@soulbyrdla.com within 7 days. Please include an explanation of the issue and a picture of the damage. Upon approval, a return shipping label will be emailed to you. Once the damaged hat is received at our warehouse, a replacement will be shipped out immediately.
