Please contact us at info@soulbyrd.com within 5 days of receipt of your item for a return authorization. Once the unworn item is received at our warehouse, your refund will be issued. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Hats that are returned worn will not be refunded and will be shipped back at the customers expense. Please note that all sale merchandise is final sale. 

We want you to get your hats fast and be happy! We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, order volumes can be unpredictable and orders placed on weekends or Holidays can cause delays. Please allow up to 5 business days. To view our complete shipping policy, click here.

Every hat is inspected carefully before leaving our warehouse. In the event your hat is damaged upon receipt please contact us at info@soulbyrd.com within 5 days. Please include an explanation of the issue and a picture of the damage. Once the damaged hat is received at our warehouse, a replacement will be shipped out immediately.

The best way to care for your Soulbyrd hat is to spot clean with mild soap and a warm damp cloth, then allow to air dry.

If you ordered in error or want to cancel and you have not received a shipped notification then you can email us and request a cancellation.
